Wedding pictures

I preach Sunday for the 1st time in about 8 weeks, pray for me, PLEASE! I read a series of devotional every morning. It has been so interesting how they have gone right along with what is going on in our lives from the very start of all this. For the past few weeks they have all been "WAIT ON THE LORD", this morning they have changed to "He will not work with suggestions, He will blow you out of the water with the answer." We have tried to be patient, but we are really ready for what ever He has for us. We love Morton, but we are ready to move on to what ever He has for us to do.

Well it is over. We finally got Marcus and Ashley married and now we can concentrate on finding a house and a job. We have about 3-4 more weeks in the house and we have three churches that have contacted us. Two are in Lubbock and one is in East Texas. We are preaching for one of the churches in Lubbock for the next two Sunday's please pray that if this is where God wants us He will throw the door wide open, if not please pray that we find another church really soon. We are still looking to Him for guidance and have all the faith in the world that when it is time we will move quickly and step into what He has for us. It really is an exciting time for we are ready and willing and waiting for Him to move.

Getting closer!
The wedding is getting closer and we will be leaving tonight( Thursday) We will spend the night in Lubbock because we we still have no heat. The unit has been broken since last Thursday. We have had no heat and no air. The church decided not to fix it and called and told the repair man not to come. Then this morning they called him back and told him to come and fix it, but I guess it was too late to get it in the schedule because we have not seen him.
There is still a lot to do so keep us in your prayers.

UPDATE
Well we have 2 churches that want to talk to us. One I am actually going to get to preach for in a couple of weeks, they are needing a supply preacher and that seems to be the easiest for both the church and us. The other is in South East Texas and they said they wanted to check references and that they would possibly be interested in talking to me in a week or so. As always we ask for your prayers

WEDDING
Don't forget the wedding coming up! I am looking forward to this time, but at the same time there is a little sadness. I have been so blessed to be able to perform the ceremony for both of the girls and now Marc. The sadness comes from the fact that this is the last of our children to get married. Please pay for Marc and Ashley as they take their vows and begin their life together.

In case you have not gotten to meet or see her, this is a picture of Marcus and his bride to be Ashley. God has blessed in such a wonderful way by bringing Ashley into Marc's life. She is such a sweet wonderful young lady.

Here we go again:
When the church fired me, they promised to pay our insurance for 6 months. We got a notice today that they had cancelled our insurance policy. Just another way to try and make things hard on us. Please pray for us that satan is not allowed to use them to try and steal our joy!

Job Search:
Well the search continues, I am currently working part time for a friend driving a truck. They are very flexible with my schedule, which for now seems to be a good thing.

We have had 2 churches contact us and at least express some interest in us.
Please just continue to pray!
